Chef Valerio and his wife Anna did an incredible job and they had to cook for 16 people with less than ideal kitchen equipment and space in our airbnb. The food was amazing and the timing was impeccable. The dinner was a highlight for most of the group from the whole trip, especially the lemon cake made by Anna! I will be dreaming about that cake. They also included some nice touches like a pizza and aperol spritz before dinner and a candle and sparkler on the cake for my birthday. He also made it very easy to tailor the menu to suite myself and my group and had great communication leading up to the dinner. I would highly recommend Chef Valerio for an authentic taste of Italy!

Chef Valerio and Chef Anna were absolutely amazing, and dinner was incredible. It felt more like we were having a night in with friends than an experience with chefs. The chefs prepared welcome spritz and appetizers for us before dinner by the windows of our villa! They were very professional and guided us through each dish, explaining each element and including homemade touches throughout. In between courses they were warm and welcoming and made friendly conversation with us. They were wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them both for anyone looking for a stunning dinner in the heart of Rome. Grazie Mille Chef Valerio and Chef Anna.

Valerio really helped to make my mum and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary truly memorable. From the very start, he was communicative and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for our celebration. On the day, he was ahead of time, really professional and made everyone feel totally relaxed and at ease. The food was just sublime. It was presented beautifully and there was plenty left to enjoy afterwards. Valerio even brought special anniversary celebration decorations for my parents and prepared spritzers for everyone. My family loved him and his partner and will remember the magic they created for a long time to come.
