Chef Thanwa focused on selecting ingredients and paying attention to the process of cooking. The truffle soup, he simmered for many hours. It was a truffle soup with a mellow flavor. Braised beef cheek that take many hours to stew as well. Oh, it was very tender with a delicious sauce. Every dish tasted good and nice decoration. He also was calm with me and my friends who weren't on time. Lol I recommend Chef Thanwa! He wont' let you down.
