Chef Avner and Alonia were absolutely wonderful!. If you have an opportunity to book a dinner with them take it! Chef Avner sourced all seafood and produce locally that day, bringing us the freshest products. He seamlessly cooked for our large group in our Villa, doing all prep on site! His honest approach to the fresh products of Corfu impressed and delighted. His Mediterranean flavors and use of traditional Greek grill was outstanding. Let him design your meal!
