Soy un chef apasionado a la cocina, entusiasta y me satisfice la felicidad de mis comensales después de una cena exquisita en buen ambiente
I am a specialist on Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, but also an expert on International cuisine as Asiatic tastes, British or Italian kitchen. My field is the local cuisine as tapas, paella, Spanish wines, local seafood, fishes, meats and authentic Andalusian eating style, But I feel homie myself when I am preparing a traditional Mianes Osso Bucco, a seafood pasta, or a risotto with quality parmesan. Love to work with meats, smelling the BBQ, the roasted beef and the oven, making a lot gravy and the skewers I make sooo delicious. Fancy for a paella? Valencian is the best! How do you prefer? Seafood, chicken, meat or even with rabbit and artichokes? I use only and only the best quality ingredients from local shops and suppliers.
After I finished the culinary school at Budapest I was all the time working in the gastronomy industry. Travelled a lot in the world and I am always interested in flavours, food, habits, traditions, how people like to eat and was always looking for the point when people absolutely satisfied and food makes a pleasure to them. Since a half-year, I arrived to create my personal chef profile. Why? Because I am a very socialized and friendly person, and as I commented I prefer to keep in contact with my clients, talk with them and provide the best hospitality. And these are the reason why I have 100% recommendations from my previous guests.

I don't have. Obviously the grand local chef is a good example for everyone. I like all the chefs they do passionately them work.
