Chef con mucho amor por la cocina. Disfruto al dar de comer a gente con buen gusto por la comida.
Mi nombre es Amado, mallorquín de 43 años. Soy cocinero profesional y me dedico a la cocina hace unos 12 años. Estudie en el Sindicato Gastronómico de Buenos Aires y en Lucullus Asociación Gastronómica Francesa en Argentina.
He trabajado con distintos chef de los que he aprendido múltiples técnicas de cocina. He sido Jefe de Partida elaborando pastas frescas en el prestigioso Arlberg 1800 resort (Austria) Tambien Sous-Chef en uno de los restaurantes del Park-Hyatt Mallorca, Jefe de cocina en varios restaurantes de alta cocina. Mi utimo trabajo fue como Chef (Jefe de cocina) en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Actualmente solo me dedico a trabajar como chef privado atendiendo a distintas familias en Baleares y Cataluña. Me gustaría poder ofrecer deliciosos platos de gran calidad y llevar la cultura mediterranea a cada comensal.
My name is Amado, a 40-year-old Majorcan. I am a professional cook and I have been in the kitchen for about 10 years. I studied at the Gastronomic Union of Buenos Aires and at the Lucullus French Gastronomic Association in Argentina.
I have worked with different chefs from whom I have learned multiple cooking techniques. I have been Head of Party making fresh pasta in the prestigious Arlberg 1800 resort (Austria) Also Sous-Chef in one of the Park-Hyatt Mallorca restaurants, Chef in several haute cuisine restaurants. My last job was as a Chef in a 5-star hotel. Currently I only dedicate myself to working as a private chef serving different families in the Balearic Islands and Catalonia. I would like to be able to offer delicious high-quality dishes and bring the Mediterranean culture to each diner.
