I have more than 10 years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine, and while I specialize in dietary options, I always cook like your grandmother.
I'm a chef with over 13 years of experience, with an Italian family background. During those years, I worked between Italy and London, also creating a home-based restaurant with a menu tailored to the customers, allowing them to choose between different choices and seasonality.
I have a degree in hospitality and a certificate in pastry making.
