A food lover ,my passion, my life!!! My pleasure is making my guests having a wonderful gastronomic experience , using the best ingredients!!!!

I'm a professional chef since 2004, graduated at IBERO in Sao Paulo , Brazil!

I've been traveled for so many countries having a opportunity to use local ingredients and getting involved on their culture !

I few years ago I was a private chef on the Portuguese Embassy on Vatican City,

In 2021 i had a master degree in Molecular Cuisine at CIB Barcelona .

Since 2017 I'm a private chef working on super mega yachts all over the word

everything in my life !!!!! enjoying , having fun and makes people happy and fell their childhood!!!!

my first contact was in Brazil , la pasta gialla of chef Sergio Arno than in south of Italy with chef Emilio Laino at La Taverna del conte
