I’m a passionate chef with over a decade of experience working across England and Spain, specializing in Catalan, French, and Spanish cuisine. My career began in Manchester, where I had the privilege of working alongside Michelin-starred chefs who shaped my appreciation for precision, discipline, and creativity in the kitchen. Over the years, I’ve honed my craft in a range of environments — from busy fine-dining restaurants to intimate private events — always driven by a love for exceptional produce and the stories behind it. Since moving to Spain, I’ve deepened my connection with Mediterranean ingredients and traditions, blending classical techniques with a contemporary approach that celebrates simplicity and authenticity. I have a strong passion for open-fire cooking, using flame and smoke to highlight natural flavors and create a sense of theatre around the table.
