Chef Gian prepared a fabulous meal and experience for us. Our only regret was that we didn't have him come earlier in our stay so that we could enjoy the leftovers or perhaps had him come back!! He was personable and professional and his food was exceptional!! Among the best food, perhaps even "the best" food we've had during this trip! Cannot recommend him and this experience enough!! We also included wine pairing for each course by him. So glad we did that!! Fabulous!! Highly recommend you take advantage of this experience and Chef Gian!! Wish we had time to have him return.

We had a fabulous tapas lunch prepared by chef Gian on Christmas Day. The food was amazing and we loved the variety of fresh tasty ingredients used. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a unique experience in Seville.

We loved this experience with a private chef! All of the food was amazing! It was so nice to be able to enjoy it while staying in after a long week of travel.

Absolutely amazing meal with Chef Gian!

We were very happy that we chose Gian from the list of chefs and menus provided to us from options in Sevilla. We had requested an Andalusian menu and were offered various choices in each category. It was a Christmas Eve dinner with 11 incredible courses! The preparation was all done here at our house. They were so well prepared to begin the set up and then cook and serve. We are all pretty adventurous eaters and fairly discerning so when I tell you that we all liked everything, it’s a huge compliment to Gian and his assistant Jacinto. The cleanup was perfect, leaving us to enjoy one another’s company , go out for a midnight walk to hear the church bells celebrating Christmas Day! We thanked Gian and Jacinto and we’d have them back in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

A really superb experience for our family with chef Gian!

We had a FANTASTIC meal with Chef Gian. We helped him prepare the food and learned so many delicious recipes. He also gave us great tips on Seville. The entire night was so fun and the food was the best meal we had during our entire trip! Would highly recommend!!

Gian did an amazing menu particularly as we had meat eaters and vegetarians in our party. He also did a lovely birthday cake for my husband. Food was delicious and nicely presented. He also left the kitchen immaculate. Wonderful evening fabulous experience

Gian was absolutely fantastic! He thoughtfully customized the menu, which was absolutely delicious. He is also fun to talk to and he taught us his techniques and tips. In particular one of our kids who loves to cook was in the kitchen with him the whole time. He left everything spotless. It was a highlight of our trip and we highly recommend!!

Amazing experience and a really fun meal. We had three kids, and they all enjoyed the meal and even some help prep it. Everyone came away, very happy and satisfied and entertained.

My family really enjoyed the dinner with Chef Gian! We chose the tapas experience and Chef Gian was able to customize all the dishes to suit my family’s preferences and dietary requirements. Amazing private chef experience!! Gian was the best!! He was on time, so personable & the meal was perfect!! We did the 9 course tapas lunch menu & our family of 7 had a blast! It was so fun seeing what course was coming next & Gian would give a description & each was delicious! Could not recommend this experience more! Gian is a great guy and very talented chef. We opted for the 9 course Andalusian tapas menu which did not disappoint. His take on the dishes were really inventive and tasty, and he was very personable throughout the meal with informing us about his cookery background and was a lot of fun to get to know! I’d definitely recommend him both for his cooking and for his company for the evening. Thank you Gian!

Gian was fantastic!!!

Chef Gian was terrific. We hired him to cook for 18 people at my 60th birthday party. We had our three daughters, their significant others, and many friends. Some vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free. Creative, attentive and professional. He prepped fantastic options for all! Really great guy. If you hire him, I guaranty you will be pleased.

Chef Gian’s meal exceeded our expectations, it was so flavorful and delicious, it is a meal we will remember for years to come. Everything was so beautifully presented and thoughtfully created we were really wowed. Also the communication prior to the day was prompt and thoughtful. Chef Gian thought of details I wouldn’t have thought to anticipate. The meal really made my parents 40th anniversary dinner party amazing! My mom said it was her real life movie moment, so thank you for being a part of that special occasion. Ps I will be thinking about that carrot gazpacho in my dreams!

Chef Gian did a fantastic job from start to finish. We received a great proposal for a specially prepared Andalusian feast that consisted of lots of options. Chef Gian went the extra mile to make suggestions for alterations where there might have been some overlap. Having booked months in advanced he communicated very efficiently and made sure everything was still on track as well as checking to see if there was anything else we needed. On the day he arrived on time and well prepared, despite having a slightly smaller kitchen he had no issues in cooking our tasty meal. As this was a birthday treat for my girlfriend, Chef Gian made sure to accommodate and made it all the more special. The food itself was as remarkable as it sounded on the menu and Chef Gian did an excellent job explaining the flavours and origins of our Spanish dishes. It’s really hard to pick a standout out from everything we had but his version of Gazpacho was to die for. I couldn’t recommend Chef Gian enough and if I am ever in Seville again, I will most definitely be booking his services.
