Chef Gian Martinez Claverol

Gian was essential to the success of a very special evening: my marriage proposal. He paid close attention to every detail. He prepared a fully gluten-free menu without compromising on flavor, and he set up a beautiful table on the terrace. The food was excellent and carefully presented. The highlight was the suckling pig, absolutely delicious. If you're planning an important occasion and want everything to go right, I can't recommend Gian enough.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with chef Gian. He was able to deliver a great meal which was very authentic and linked to the region at the same time he respected some the food restrictions we had in our group. Everything was fresh and really delicious and communication was also a highlight. We had a great time planning the menu with chef Gian and all the guest were very pleased with it. Really recommend the chef

What an unforgettable evening in Seville! ????????❤️ Last night, our family had the pleasure of enjoying an incredible five-course dinner prepared by the talented Puerto Rican chef Gian Martínez Claverol. We were visiting Seville with my husband, my daughter and her husband Ross, Ross’s parents, and his aunt, and this dinner became one of the most special memories of our trip. From the very first bite, Chef Gian’s food was exceptional. He created a beautiful menu that combined Spanish ingredients and traditions with his own creativity and personal touch. We started with Buñuelos de Bacalao y Perejil with Avocado Cream and Pickled Vegetables, followed by a delicious traditional goat cheese and caramelized onion empanada. Our first course was a beautiful Tosta with Manchego Cheese Cream, Confit Cherry Tomatoes, and Herb-Infused AOVE. For the main courses, we enjoyed a Pumpkin Risotto with Hake Belly and Fresh Lemon Zest, followed by Pork Cheek in a Wine-Curry Sauce with Potato Parmentier and Roasted Onion. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. And dessert was the perfect ending: Chocolate Torrija with Orange Zest and AOVE—an amazing combination of flavors! But beyond the food, what made the evening truly special was the warmth and hospitality of Chef Gian. Sharing such an intimate and delicious dinner together as a family, while visiting beautiful Seville, was an experience we will remember for years to come. Chef Gian, thank you for sharing your talent, your Puerto Rican warmth, and your passion for food with our family. You gave us much more than a wonderful dinner—you gave us a beautiful memory of our time in Spain. ????????❤️???????? ¡Muchísimas gracias, Chef Gian! We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Seville and looking for something truly special and unforgettable.

Chef Gian was a total professional. Friendly and personable whilst also being discreet. The food exceeded our expectations in both presentation and flavour and much to our delight the next day we found some leftovers in the fridge, especially the cheese selection. Thanks Gian!!

Gian was an excellent chef. We really enjoyed it. The meals were incredibly varied and very flavorful. We highly recommend Gian anytime.

Great experience with genuine food. Gian was super professional and really went the extra mile to make our evening great!

Best food we had in Seville and of Spain and we even did 2 food tours! It was a fabulous time and I can’t recommend it enough! Chef Gian is an AMAZING chef and so friendly. We had a blast and ate so much! We loved this experience! You will not regret booking a chef! It was a relaxing and memorable experience. We loved it!

Gian is a great chef, highly recommend, very patient and personable

Chef Gian is a true professional. He arrived and instantly got to work. We were staying in a holiday cottage, and the kitchen was very small, so it is a mystery how Chef Gian managed to produce such delicious and beautiful food from it. We had 7 courses in total, and each was unique with different flavours and textures. All 7 courses were delicious and the portions very generous. Chef Gian explained each course to us, and gave us lots of time to enjoy the food and time together. The service was not rushed at all. After a wonderful meal we left the table to find the kitchen spotless and everything clean and tidied away. It was an amazing evening and I cannot thank Chef Gian enough for his hard work, enthusiasm and of course, amazing cooking. From first contact to our final goodbye he was polite and professional throughout. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Chef gian was amazing!!! Highly recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience with Chef Gian! We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Gian cook for our group of three families during our stay in Spain, and we can’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he was professional, kind, and an absolute joy to have in our home. Gian was completely trustworthy — we felt totally comfortable leaving him in the house while we were out exploring for the day (which we did on multiple occasions). He communicated clearly, was always punctual, and handled everything with ease and warmth. The food was beyond incredible — truly some of the best meals we have ever had. Every dish was beautifully prepared, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. He sourced top-quality ingredients, presented everything perfectly, and left the kitchen spotless after each meal. Beyond his exceptional talent as a chef, Gian’s presence made the experience even more special. He was wonderful with all of our children — patient, friendly, and engaging — and made everyone, adults and kids alike, feel comfortable and happy. We would recommend Chef Gian 1,000 times over. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy even more of his amazing meals. If you have the opportunity to work with him, don’t hesitate — he’s truly outstanding.

Absolutely amazing 10/10 recommend. He was so kind, easy to communicate with, food was delicious and accommodated GF and vegan food preferences with ease. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Super moment entre amies pendant notre week-end à Séville ! Joli souvenir gustatif !

Very engaging. Food had a lot of variety and was well prepared with lots of flavor. Timing was perfect (once we finished one course, the next course was being plated).

Chef Gian cooked for us as part of a hen party - we wanted a special dinner on our terrace and he definitely delivered! Gian was extremely communicative throughout and even created a special dessert in honour of the bride's favourite food. All dietaries were taken care of. Most importantly all of the food was delicious and very well presented. He was charming and friendly throughout. We would definitely recommend Gian!

Chef Gian was great, we loved all the food and would definitely recommend!

Gian was great, really friendly and easygoing and the food was delicious - he was flexible, accommodating the dietary requirements of our group of 12. Would recommend him!

Gian Martinez produced an amazing 5 course meal for a birthday celebration for 10 people. All the dishes were absolutely delicious, with the peppers stuffed with cheese being a particular highlight. He arrived perfectly on time and somehow produced memorable food despite the small size of the kitchen. Very highly recommended!

Great!

Comida maravilhosa!!! Gian muito amável.
