I am a professional chef with 30 experience in different kind of kitchens. I have developed a wide knowledge about different kind of kitchens. For 5 years I have been the right hand of chef Martin Berasategui ( most famous Michelin chef of Spain). Since 2017 I am full time private chef. I have chosen kind of work in the chili art world because I like to hear from the clients what they want. In a restaurant you have less contact with the clients as private chef. In winter I am available as well, as personal chef or private chef all over Europe. I have a car and I am based in Mallorca
