Food with personality and unforgettable flavor. I am highly perfectionistic and deeply passionate about what I do.

For the past two years, I have worked as a private chef, hosting approximately 300 tasting dinners in my clients’ homes. My training at two of the world’s best restaurants, Disfrutar and Noma, and the Basque Culinary Center university have allowed me to fuse flavors and techniques from different cultures, always seeking to surprise and move my guests.
