I am a Chef with 22 years of experience, I have started my career in Switzerland and continued in Los Angeles, California, where I became a Chef. I have earned a Culinary Entrepreneurship Associate Degree from Business & Hotel Management School in Lucerne (Switzerland), and I have staged at several michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
