French private chef blending modern gastronomy and bistronomy, creating sincere, seasonal and bespoke culinary experiences.

I’m a French chef with more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I trained at Académie LAX before traveling and working abroad, including in New Zealand where I refined my technique in a small two-Michelin-star restaurant. After leading kitchens in France and opening my own restaurant, Vincular, in Spain, I chose to focus on private dining. My cuisine is inspired by travel, modern gastronomy and bistronomy, with a deep respect for seasonal ingredients and small producers.
