I grew up at tables that didn't belong to one culture; Lebanese mezze, Italian lasagna and tiramisu, Mediterranean spreads, Indian and Asian spices and communities, flavors from across the world landing naturally in the same kitchen.

That instinct to blend the most nutritious and creative ingredients became a practice. Clean-label ingredients. Minimal processing. Energetic nutrition. Life force and freshness as the baseline, not the bonus.

My cooking spans Mediterranean and Middle Eastern modernized delicacies, Italian tradition cuisine, Indian-Spanish-Japanese fusions, and flower and herbal fresh displays. I work with seasonal and local ingredients because that's where the life force actually is.

I like to create custom palettes for every event, reading the setting, the audience, the flow before a single ingredient is chosen. The table is curated. The experience is total. Events, parties, intimate occasions, house shows, wellness retreats, indoors or in the wild.
