I have over 10 years of experience as a chef, starting my career in Brazil, where I completed my culinary training and opened my first restaurant. After gaining valuable experience, I specialized in other techniques in Spain, where I opened another restaurant. Eventually, I decided to transition into the role of a private chef, bringing my passion for cuisine and diverse culinary expertise to a more personalized dining experience.
