A passionate and experienced cooking tutor/chef with over 14 years of expertise in Japanese cuisine, cultivated through international experiences in Tokyo, UK, Singapore, and Barcelona. I specialize in blending the deep flavours of Japanese culinary traditions with European techniques and ingredients to create unique fusion dishes. With a strong background in teaching and private catering, I have also refined my skills in Spanish cuisine at the culinary school and local Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona.
My cooking philosophy is providing ‘home-style’ service. For me, home-style means prioritizing the health and well-being of diners through balancing nutrition and thoughtful ingredient selection. Also each dish should be infused with a sense of comfort and familiarity, elevated by professional techniques.
