I've been. cooking for many years and have grown with my cooking as the years go by. For a long time i concentrated on vegetarian cooking and expanded this with time, working extensively with fish and seafood as well. The process of learning in the kitchen is a never ending story for me and I like to grow and add dishes and recipes to my resumè as I go.
