I am a professional chef for about 3 years. I studied cooking and kitchen management at college in Perú. I learnt a lot at college, different restaurants and at home. I like baking and cooking different healthy dishes. I know about Peruvian and international cuisine and I always try to balance the components of the dishes so that they are nutritious and healthy.
