I am Chef de Partie at a 1 Michelin star restaurant COME in Barcelona. I have a 5 year experience in professional kitchen and I have been cooking since 12 years. I love to cook and cook to love. I cook amazing Indian food, Italian, Mediterranean, food with contemporary Avant garde techniques like liquid nitrogen, spherification, vacuum cooking and much more. I love making fresh pasta and pizza. I have a master’s degree in culinary art and kitchen management.
