I am a chef passionate about crafting food that nurtures, connects, and brings people together.
I’m a Chicago-born chef who has been building my career in Barcelona for the past five years, working in restaurants, catering companies, and creative gastronomic design projects. In 2021, I attended a year-long culinary school program, which deepened my skills and broadened my culinary perspective. I also run Basik Bites, an independent project where I offer personalized home-cooked meals delivered to your door, along with independent catering and occasional pop-ups.
