I’m a self‑taught chef with many years of experience in professional kitchens, private dining and bespoke in‑home services. My passion for food began early and has taken me across the world in search of bold flavours, unique ingredients and new techniques — each journey shaping the way I cook today.
Originally from Belém, in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, I grew up surrounded by vibrant fruits, aromatic herbs and colourful produce that continue to inspire my dishes. Over the years, I’ve developed a distinctive style that blends global influences with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create food that is flavourful, expressive and full of personality.
My career has taken me from ski resorts in the Alps to private villas in the South of France, cooking for intimate family gatherings, large celebrations and international guests. I’m confident working with all dietary requirements — including vegan, vegetarian, gluten‑free and allergy‑specific menus — always with the same intention: to create dishes that are aromatic, nourishing and deeply satisfying.
