I’m a self-taught cook with many years of experience in professional kitchens, private servings and a lifelong passion for food that began at an early age.
My love for flavour and discovery has taken me around the world in search of bold tastes and unique ingredients — each journey deepening my understanding and creativity in the kitchen.
Originally from Belém, in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, I grew up surrounded by exotic fruits and vibrant ingredients that still inspire my cooking today. Over the years, I’ve developed my own colourful and flavourful style, combining global inspiration with fresh, seasonal produce.
From ski resorts in the Alps to private villas in the South of France, I’ve cooked for intimate family dinners, large celebrations, and international guests. I’m confident working across all dietary requirements — including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-specific menus — always with the same goal: to create dishes that are aromatic, delicious, nutritious, and deeply satisfying.

Service Information
• I’m not a catering company yet, so you’ll need to provide kitchen appliances, equipment and utensils. I bring my own knives and specialist tools.
• We arrive with as much prepped as possible for your chosen menu, and the rest is freshly prepared and cooked on location.
• Please inform us in advance of any faulty or temperamental equipment, as well as any allergies or dietary concerns.
