I am acclaimed British chef renowned for my technical precision, deep respect for seasonal ingredients, and modern European gastronomy.

I discovered my passion for food early on and honed my skills in some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens. Trained classically at Ston Easton Park in Bath and working alongside Michelin-starred talent at The Driftwood in Cornwall, i refined a cooking style that balances classic technique with modern innovation. In 2015, i have exceptional talent and calm under pressure which led me to victory on BBC’s flagship culinary competition, MasterChef: The Professionals.

Following my TV triumph, I went on to direct top-tier kitchens—most notably at the award-winning Eckington Manor in Worcestershire—earning accolades, Michelin Guide inclusions, and national acclaim.

Today, I offers exclusive private dining experiences and bespoke catering for private events, luxury dinner parties, and milestone celebrations. My menus celebrate honest, ingredient-led dishes with bold, harmonious flavours—bringing the precision, elegance, and magic of Michelin-standard dining directly to private homes and unique venues
