Get to know me better

I have cooked in may different institutions from private high end schools and care homes as well as fine dining for Oxford Colleges.

I am a professional chef with 8 years experience in the cullinery world. I studied at Pru Leith in London and since then I have taught children at Trax School in Oxford, worked as Chef de Partie for fine dining at several Oxford colleges; including Merton College, St Catherines and Pembroke.

With a wish to change to being a more personable chef role I switched to working as a Chef de Partie in the reknowned The Perch Oxford, Producing on order, prepared work that morning to over 350 per day.

A cooking secret...

Is my broth foremost... I like to avoid Oxo as much as possible. My second secret is absorbing the spices into the onions FIRST.
