I started working in traditional tavernas with fresh fish, traditional Greek and Corfiot food.
I was a sous-chef for 3 years in a luxury boutique hotel in summer season while in winter season i was sous-chef at steak house restaurant.
The last 6 years i am a chef in restaurants with creative fusion cousine.
I have a short michelin star experience and also a short private cooking experience.

My role model is Thomas Keller. He didn't study in culinary school like me but he manage to win 7 Michelin stars in total.

My secret in kitchen is the love i give to the food. The fresh and good quality of products.
