I am a well trained chef with more than 20 years experience.
I love modern Greek cuisine but i am familiar with many ethnic cuisines such as Italian, Asian etc.
Of course as a Greek chef I'm more than familiar with bbq and traditional Greek and corfiot dishes.
Also im a consultant chef with many restaurants and hotels in my CV.
