Excellent Experience. He is part of the reason we miss Crete!

Amazing experience for a large group. Fantastic food with exceptional staff. I cannot recommend take a chef highly enough. Chef John and his team 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Chef John/ Giannis was besides a fantastic chef also perfect in his service by serving the food, his stories about the food, his people and country. We could not have a better experience! The kitchen was cleaner than when he arrived and we had another lovely dinner the next day with all the left overs. We really had a great evening and it was far more worth the money! We definitely advice a Greek menu. Thanks John!

10/10 service from John. He made our vacation so much better with amazing breakfast every morning, snack prep for the day and 2 authentic home cooked Greek dinners. He was kind and attentive and a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend.

When we were looking for a chef in Crete, Greece, we found John and his reviews were stellar. We tried to figure how to squeeze him in, and work around HIS schedule. He was booked solid. We got very lucky and had him come our last night. He was incrediable, his food sensational. He brought most of the ingrediants from his own farm. No words to describe how good this was. We never had cucumbers lije the ones from his garden. He baked, he grilled, he did it all. Next year, we will book John for a couple nights in advance. We insisted he take the leftovers home, we all had early morning flights. On the way to the airport we wished we had saved some of them, he left us yearning for more.

Chef was incredible ! Such a genuine and kind person whose heart shines through his food. Clean, professional and explains everything really well. Extremely generous portions and quality products- some self grown. Thanks for such a great experience . He even gave us local recommendations for our stay here

John is an amazing chef! He saved the day when our original chef cancelled on us and we feel so lucky that he was able to step in. John was communicative beforehand and turned up on time on the day. The food was incredible and John explained everything in such detail. He was friendly and chatty and left the kitchen in pristine condition. If we ever come back to Crete, we will definitely be booking with John again!

Chefkok John heeft ons verrast op een heerlijk 5 gangen dinner. Met variatie en verse producten, bediend aan tafel met een praatje. We kregen heerlijke voorafjes met producten uit zijn eigen tuin en een flesje wijn en raki. Voor ons kon het niet beter Bedankt John

Chef John is amazing at his work. He pays attention to detail, he is professional but friendly. His food was delicious! Every course was beautifully presented. We would highly recommend him and will book him for every event! Thank you so much!

Due to unforseen circumstances with our originally selected Chef, John stepped in at short notice and filled the previously agreed menu. He prepared a delicious meal for 6 adults and 3 children, with the 6 year old declaring it "the best food ever, 10/10". The meal was ready on time, and John was friendly and introduced each dish to us. The left overs were boxed for us and the kitchen left immaculate. Communication with both John, the original chef and the company was easy and quick. Can't recommend them highly enough. 5 stars for sure.

Wonderful evening led by John. Local dishes and flavors expertly prepared. Steady flow of food and conversation explaining the dishes. John went the extra mile by providing beautiful decorations and cake for a birthday experience. Overall a wonderful experience.
