I am a chef with over ten years of experience in the restaurant industry, primarily gained in seafood restaurants, where I developed a deep knowledge of ingredients and techniques related to fish and seafood cuisine.

Throughout my career, I have refined both operational and organizational skills, managing kitchen operations, designing menus, and training staff, always with a strong focus on quality, seasonality, and culinary innovation.

Currently, I work as a chef in a restaurant in Umbria, where I promote a gastronomic approach that combines tradition and creativity. At the same time, I serve as a culinary instructor in both public and private schools, sharing technical skills, passion, and food culture with my students.

My goal is to continue growing professionally while contributing to the promotion of Italian cuisine through research, education, and innovation.
