I have spent almost four decades in professional kitchens, but over the years I have learned that great hospitality is about much more than food.
It is about understanding the people around the table, the place they have chosen to spend their time, and the kind of experience they want to remember.
In Tuscany, I cook for private villas, families and groups of friends — from intimate dinners to multi-day stays and celebrations.
My cooking is rooted in the Mediterranean and guided by the ingredients around me. Exceptional local produce, thoughtful sourcing, simple preparations and food made to be shared.
I don’t believe in complexity for its own sake. I believe in experience, attention to detail and taking good care of people.
