I love to share the culinary culture of my land by cooking with my guests and telling through a dish the lifestyle of people who surrounded me.
I'm a mom, wife and a chef business entrepreneure .
I graduated at the Hotel School in Florence in 1992 and always worked in the Food and Beverage, Bookings and Hospitality.
After having my baby, in 2007, I decided to change my career by dedicating more time to my family and to what I loved most: cooking.
I come from a family where mum, grandmother, great-grandmother have always put their hands in the dough and pasta tells a lot who I am.
