After working as a chef for more than 20 years, specialised in the Italian kitchen, working untill 2016 in my own restaurant, I sold the restaurant and started to focus on sustainability, with heart and passion as an freelance, private Chef and Caterar.
From of june i'll start a unique concept here on the IJsland! Wining & Dinning Standup Comedy, Poetry Music and Dance Events.
