Alex (chef chef) was friendly, tentative and adaptive to our gluton allergy. He showed us how to make cheesecake, how to cook octopus, and how to make simple yet amazing tasting pasta. He was friendly, but very respectful of our space. Took care of our every need. He made the night absolutely amazing.
