Originally from New York City now living in Bologna for over 20 years.
My experience is based on New York restaurants La Focaccia in the West Village
And Machiavelli on the upper west side.
In Italy I have been cooking for Italy Farm Stay for the last 7 summers.
I would be a perfect fit for a group who want to enjoy their holiday without the hassle of planning meals. My meals are based on local seasonal products with a twist of Bolognese and Roman Specialities (Tagliatelle with Ragu/Spaghetti Carbonara/Spezzatino/Risotto Milanese).
Every day I make a different dish but there will always be the alternative to have
Pasta pomodoro or pasta with white sauce.
I always also prepare salads and choices of breads.
I am also very flexible regarding dietary limitations and my clients never gain weight during their stay with me!
My dishes are light but delicious and every meal will offer a few variations.
I welcome input and special requests with 24 hours notice.
I take care of prep and clean-up after.
