My name is Enrico Menna. Throughout my career, I’ve come to truly value the connection I build with my guests. After many years working in restaurants, I chose to step closer to people and create one-on-one culinary experiences where every detail is crafted with care. Bringing my cuisine directly to your table allows me to share my skills in a personal way and to dedicate my full attention to each guest I serve.

I specialize in Tuscan cuisine, but my culinary range goes far beyond that. Truffles, fish, and game dishes are key elements of my experience, while the incredible variety of vegetables and legumes plays an essential role in enriching and balancing my menus. My goal is simple: to offer an authentic, thoughtful, and memorable dining experience tailored to each person.
