I am a 25 years experienced chef with strong backgrounds in Italian cooking based in traditions with a Modern twist. I have been the last 6 years in Charge of Palo Restaurant, the signature Italian Restaurant of Disney Cruise Line. Have delight thousands of guest from all around the world!
