I am Gabriele Buscicchio, a chef with 16 years of experience in Italy and abroad, from traditional trattorias to Michelin-starred restaurants. My cooking philosophy is clear: keep it simple and let the quality speak.

I love taking classic recipes and giving them a contemporary touch, without ever losing sight of the foundations and authentic flavors of our tradition.

Over the years, I have built a strong network of local suppliers, allowing me to bring fresh, seasonal products directly to your table.

I believe in the value of a short supply chain, working closely with farmers and breeders to ensure that every ingredient is at its peak.

My goal is to create a personalized experience where the integrity of the land meets modern refinement

Initially I found the website hard to navigate but was assigned an individual to assist with locating a great fit to match our request. We were not disappointed. From the moment we confirmed the experience with chef Gabrielle, he was an absolute delight to communicate with. He arrived promptly, prepared the best meal we had in Florence and was very receptive to our family’s nature. The food was beyond our expectations and perfect for our celebration. We very much enjoyed him and his Tuscan creations. We will dream of his pillowy perfect gnocchi’s for years to come. 11/10 would highly recommend!
