I am Gabriele Buscicchio, a chef with 15 years of experience in Italy and abroad, from traditional trattorias to Michelin-starred restaurants. My cooking philosophy is clear: keep it simple and let the quality speak.
I love taking classic recipes and giving them a contemporary touch, without ever losing sight of the foundations and authentic flavors of our tradition.
Over the years,I have built a strong network of local suppliers, allowing me to bring fresh, seasonal products directly to your table.
I believe in the value of a short supply chain, working closely with farmers and breeders to ensure that every ingredient is at its peak.
My goal is to create a personalized experience where the integrity of the land meets modern refinement
