I am a professional chef. I studied culinary arts at Apicius Culinary School in Florence. I explored not only Italian cuisine, but also international flavors. I have worked in catering for events in Edinburgh. And lived in Hong Kong for a year, where I experimented with Southeast Asia flavors. My passion however remains Italian cuisine.
