I am a 22 year old chef ready for all new experiences, I trained at the Cingoli hotel school in Italy and have been working in restaurants since I was 16 years old. At 18 I moved to Tuscany to one of the best restaurants.

I am passionate about new cooking techniques and experimenting with vegan and vegetarian cuisines.

We highly recommend Giovanni - a wonderful young man who deserves every success!

E' stata la prima volta che abbiamo provato un'esperienza del genere e sicuramente sarà la prima di molte altre! Ho regalato la cena con chef a domicilio per il compleanno a mio marito che ne è stato entusiasta. Giovanni nonostante la sua giovane età è molto preparato e professionale ed "ha cuore". Siamo stati tutta la giornata ad osservarlo nelle preparazioni e a provare a fare alcune cose insieme, come il caviale di limone e melograno e la pasta fresca al nero di seppia. La cenetta romantica è perfettamente riuscita <3 gli avanzi li abbiamo piacevolmente mangiati il giorno dopo e la cucina alla fine del servizio brillava.

Chef Giovanni prepared and served an amazing dinner for us. All the food was fresh, perfectly cooked, delicious tasting and beautifully presented . Giovanni was attentive and presented a thoughtful and balanced menu. A very memorable dinner. He arrived promptly and left the kitchen sparkling clean. We can’t thank him enough for creating such a wonderful dinner.
