Get to know me better
Passionate cook, I like to be a discreet presence in my clients' kitchens to make them feel at home away from home.
I have been a private chef for 7 years but my experience in the culinary world began in 2006 after graduating from the hotel institute in Florence.
I worked in several restaurants in Florence, deepening my knowledge and techniques of tuscan and italian cooking.
My roots are Tuscan but the influences of travel, friendships and colleagues from all over Italy have contaminated my cuisine over the years.
I also love pastry and baking but what gives me the most satisfaction is being able to satisfy customers with allergies and intolerances. Creating menus that can make even those who have allergies such as celiac disease or lactose intolerance happy is a challenge that I am passionate about!
