Lorenzo Baldacci, 28 years old, Florentine since many generations (not as many as the Mazzei family, obviously!); after High School graduation, by a lucky chance I had the opportunity to start working in a small Restaurant, just as a try... and I never leave anymore! After three years working in Florence, I decided to specialise attending Alma School.
I moved to South Tyrol to follow my wife and have been living in Bolzano for 5 years. I am a chef with a lot of experience as a private chef.
