Chef Lorenzo Neri

I'm Chef Neri Lorenzo, a 29-year-old Italian chef, married to my wife from Yekaterinburg, Russia. I’ve been working in the culinary world for about ten years.

After graduating from hotel school, I continued my studies at ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine, one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in the world.

Following my graduation, I began gaining experience in several renowned Italian and French restaurants. I spent five years as Sous Chef at La Madia, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Pino Cuttaia. Later, I worked for one year at a 1 Michelin-star restaurant on Lake Garda.

My journey then took me to France, where I joined the Four Seasons Hotel in Megève, working at “La Dame de Pic”, the 1 Michelin-star restaurant by Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, for two years. Afterwards, I spent another year at the Four Seasons Cap Ferrat, in the 1 Michelin-star restaurant “Le Cap.”

I later returned to Italy to join the 5-star Forestis Hotel Dolomites, continuing to refine my craft in fine dining and contemporary cuisine.

Alongside me, my wife brings her own expertise, with experience in Asian, Russian, and Northern European cuisines. Together, we combine our backgrounds and creativity to offer you a truly complete and memorable culinary experience.
