I'm an Italian chef passionate and obsessed with food since I was a child.

I started working in a classic Italian restaurant close to my home town in Tuscany while I was going to my hospitality school. After I graduated I left Tuscany to discover other cities in Italy, like Milan, Alba and Florance where I worked serval years for important Michelin star restaurants. During the pandemic I went back to Tuscany where I worked in a butcher shop learning all about meat, but during that time I realised I want to discover more about the world and all the different cuisine, so I left Italy for Norway where I spent 1 year and half working in a important Michelin restaurant discovering Nordic cuisine. After my time in Norway, I decided to move across the world and experience Australia, where I spent 2 years in one of the most iconic restaurant in the country.

After my journey down under, it was time to experience one of the most influential food capital, Paris, where I lived for 2 years, spending my life between restaurant, markets and wine shops.

During all these years I travelled often for holiday and work always searching for new flavours. I have visited countries such as the Middle East, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Philippines, Mexico, USA and many European countries.
