Sicilian of origin, Milanese by adoption, I bring in my kitchen the meeting between two souls: the intense warmth of the South and the dynamic elegance of the North.
The scents, flavors and traditions of my land have filled my childhood memories and continue to lead my every creation. My cuisine comes from these deep roots, reinterpreted with contemporary sensitivity and attention to detail. Every dish is a story for me, a way to share authentic emotions through taste.
The search for the genuineness of raw materials is the foundation of my work. I note quality ingredients, respecting their seasonality and enhancing its essence, because I believe that simplicity, when it is built on solid foundations, is the highest form of elegance.
