I have been traveling around the world discovering the pleasure of a great “asado” as a great spot to hold lovely memories between tasty, juicy meat
francisco is an Argentinian that has been making “asado ” since little. First started cooking for family and friends and by his 20’s started as an entrepreneur with a banquet concept all around the “asado” with a closing party, targeting his home town Rafaela.
Now days he is the grill máster of a well known restaurant “el gaucho” in Milano, with about 8 years of experience.
What really moves us is to see how people enjoy a good piece of treat in different moments, as they live the experience with all the flavors and textures.
