I am a professional chef with extensive experience in traditional Tuscan cuisine. After 7 years working in some of the finest restaurants in Tuscany as head chef, for the past two years I have been creating bespoke dining experiences as a private chef across the region.
I carefully craft every detail of my private dinners, highlighting the authentic flavors of Tuscany with an elegant, contemporary touch. I have also had the honor of cooking for Hollywood stars vacationing in Tuscany, designing tailor-made menus that turn a meal into an unforgettable memory.
