I began my career working in high-end kitchens and Michelin-level restaurants in Italy and Switzerland, specializing in modern pastry and refined desserts. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of technique, precision, and creativity in the kitchen.

Today, I bring the elegance and attention to detail of fine dining directly into private homes and exclusive locations. My goal is to create unique and personalized dining experiences, where every dish tells a story and every detail is carefully crafted.

My culinary journey began with professional training at CAST Alimenti, the prestigious pastry academy founded by Master Pastry Chef Iginio Massari in Brescia. This experience gave me a strong technical foundation in pastry and fine dining standards.With a background in International Culinary Arts & Business and a degree in Economics, I combine culinary creativity with a strong understanding of hospitality and guest experience.

I offer private dinners, tasting menus, dessert experiences, and interactive cooking classes, always using high-quality seasonal ingredients and modern techniques.
