With over 8 years of restaurant industry experience, working in 6 diverse kitchens across the Los Angeles and Orange County area, and successfully running my own bakery business, I have developed a strong foundation in the culinary arts field. My main specialization lies in Mediterranean, Tuscan, and East Asian cuisine, where I have honed my skills to create exceptional dishes. Additionally, my three years of culinary school education have provided me with a solid theoretical background to complement my practical expertise. I have studied at Orange Coast College Culinary Academy in Costa Mesa, CA, and Apicius Culinary University in Florence, Italy. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and continuously pushing the boundaries of flavor and presentation while integrating seasonal ingredients in all aspects of my dishes.
