I’m a professional chef, I’m 27 years old and from Italy.

I’ve been working in fine dining restaurants for few years.

I’ve worked in restaurant Alchemist in Copenhagen.

I experienced everything in the kitchen, from fresh pasta making all kinds of, grill section, fish cleaning e treatment (like aged), pastry from chocolate to dessert , baking…
