I'm working as a chef for more than 20 years. My specialty is the Italian kitchen. After working untill 2016 in my own restaurant, I sold the restaurant and started to focus on sustainability. I followed my heart and passion. Together with my Italian friend I supported him on his estate, monaci delle terre nere in Sicily. I had the op to work with Massimo Mantaro (2 star chef in Sicily). Recently i past my exams to be an Vegan Chef.

Onze chef Carlo Vincenzo Iraggi was fantastisch. Je merk dat het een chef is met ruime ervaring. Overweldigende middag gehad en genoeg eten voor een weeshuis! Het was een fijn en perfect bij ons passend maal. Carlo Vincenzo Iraggi Was flexibel en meedenkend. Ook was de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding erg goed. Ga zo door!
