Chef Particular A GuardistalloI'm Neri Lorenzo, I'm 29 years old and I'm Italian and I'm married to my wife who is Russian, from Yekaterinburg. I have been a chef for about 10 years. After studying at hotel school to become a chef, I attended Alma, the best Italian cooking school in the world. after graduating from Alma as a professional chef I started with my work experiences in various Italian and French restaurants. I worked for 5 years as a sous-chef at Pino Cuttaia's 2 Michelin star restaurant La Madia. Then I worked for 1 year in a 1 Michelin star restaurant on Lake Garda. After that I gained experience in France at the four season hotel (5 stars), first in Megeve in the 1 Michelin Star chef Anne Sophie Pic's "Dame de pic" restaurant where I worked for 2 years. After that I worked at the Four Seasons of "Cap Ferrat" for 1 year in the 1 Michelin star restaurant "Le Cap". Afterwards I returned to Italy to work at the 5-star Forestis Hotel Dolomites. In addition to the experiences she had with me, my wife also had experience in Asian, Russian and Northern European cuisine. Now we work together and we are ready to give you a total experience.
