I’m a professional chef with 7 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian, and in 2017 I joined Chef Martin Berasategui’s restaurant in Lasarte with 3 mitchell in stars . After a year and half, I decided to learn international cuisine and I started traveling to discover all kind of flavors around the world. First I landed in Canada and after that I have worked as a private chef in Australia, Mexico, Costa Rica and Indonesia.
After that I went back to Europe to create my own menus for the delight of my guests in my private events in Ibiza, Menorca and Barcelona.
Now Im in the US to keep my career as a private chef.
