Passionate chef dedicated to Km0 and catalan food and helping farmers on recuperation work.

I'm a chef 26 years of experience. Studied in Barcelona, Girona and Montpelier culinary institutes. Working in Akelarre in San Sebastian a 3 * michelin restaurant, El Racó d'en Freixa and also in Australia and Philippines for Aman resorts.

Now I have my own restaurant in Barcelona and starting new projects near Barcelona like a Forest chef. I'm focused to cook with the best, organic and local products, direct from our suppliers. This year I become the president of the catalan culinary and gastronomy foundation. And food written too.
